📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and support reimbursement products and processes across Innomar • Support the Director, Reimbursement in communicating and positioning reimbursement products • Provide reimbursement expertise to the New Business Development team • Develop payer-specific prior authorization journeys and identify streamlining and automation opportunities • Drive development and implementation of advocacy, appeals toolkit, and conversion products • Manage and advise on financial assistance navigation best practices and processes • Identify and promote innovative reimbursement solutions and strategic initiatives • Conduct competitive market research on payer strategies and best practices • Facilitate best-practice sharing with Programs’ Reimbursement Specialists and Managers • Monitor reimbursement projects for performance improvement and achievement • Lead collaborative relationships with Programs, pharmacy, and Learning and Development • Review program data, validate coverage and reimbursement status, identify coverage issues, and recommend process solutions • Develop tracking, reporting, and solutioning processes for emerging reimbursement issues • Establish KPIs and metrics for payer relations activities and generate reports for senior management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of experience in a PSP environment or payer environment • Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry • Deep expertise in Canadian public and private payer environments • Strong business and financial acumen • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills; proven collaborator • Effective organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to consistently meet deadlines • Excellent problem-solving skills • Excellent presentation skills • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other Office programs • Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms
