📋 Description

• Support strategy for complex business transformational priority • Actively participate in execution of complex business cases for proposed initiatives, assessing feasibility, opportunities, risks, and return on investment • Aid in activating strategic and policy guidance on assigned initiatives • Perform detailed analysis of data, workflows, policies, procedures, staff organization, and skills • Collect and analyze process data to develop and recommend business practices and procedures focused on effectiveness, productivity, and cost containment • Collaborate with stakeholder SMEs for knowledge transfer, training, and implementation • Confirm end-to-end integrity through final recommendations and implementation • Partner on timely communication to key stakeholders and contribute to executive-level presentations • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required • 5+ years of health care or insurance industry experience having led or been a key contributor on large scale initiatives required • Operations experience preferred • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred • Certified Project Manager (IAPM) preferred • CSSBB - Six Sigma Black Belt preferred • Compliance with all policies and standards • Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with the LA County Ordinance and the California Fair Chance Act
