📋 Description

• Manage core employee lifecycle processes in Workday (hiring, internal job changes, exits), recommend process optimization and champion new HRIS processes as they roll out • Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering timely and accurate support through our ticketing system • Own data integrity across people systems by conducting regular audits and resolving discrepancies • Identify opportunities to automate manual People processes using AI and workflow tools, and collaborate with the team to implement them • Build and maintain the People team's internal knowledge base as a reliable, self-service resource • Assist with benefit administration for colleagues across the globe • Support compliance and audit readiness, including SOC 2, regulatory requirements, and the employee handbook • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and process documentation for all core People workflows • Partner closely with cross-functional partners (Finance, BizTech, Legal, Security) to ensure successful resolution of process, program, or data issues
