📋 Description

• Own Chariot's claims pipeline from submitted claim through eligibility, verification, and handoff to partner law firms • Turn scripts and manual steps into a reliable, observable production pipeline • Build real-time claims processing, including claim-quality and fraud-detection pipeline stages • Build systems connecting claimants and partner law firms, including the claimant-facing dashboard and case handoff • Own pipeline reliability and observability • Contribute to shared platform foundations, internal tooling, MCPs, and agent harnesses • Recruit, vet, and grow the engineering team • Build coding harnesses and agents used by the team • Treat internal tooling as a product for internal operations and external users • Make autonomous product decisions and defend them with evidence • Run the claims vertical while collaborating across the company

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and shipping production software, at staff-level technical scope • Track record of shipping products end-to-end and owning outcomes • Strong product instincts and ability to make informed product decisions independently • Early-stage experience (Series A or earlier) • Experience building and growing a team, or readiness to hire and lead from day one • Bonus: experience with real-time or event-driven pipelines, workflow orchestration, and third-party API integration • Bonus: experience building CRM or operational tooling and analytics instrumentation • Experience with Go and AWS • Ability to build with coding harnesses and agents in the loop every day • Experience shipping products end-to-end • Required application submission: short note on a 0→1 product shipped and a system built with AI agents or harnesses in the loop
