📋 Description

• Own agent systems that source and assemble cases, with human-in-the-loop review • Own systems that match people to claims they are owed from explicitly permissioned sources • Build evaluation and quality infrastructure for measurable, reliable production agent behavior • Own AI cost and performance at scale • Contribute to shared platform foundations, internal tooling, MCPs, and agent harnesses • Recruit, vet, and grow fullstack and ML engineers • Build with coding harnesses and agents in the loop daily • Make autonomous product decisions and defend them with evidence • Run the vertical as an owner while collaborating across the company

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and shipping production software at staff-level technical scope • Track record of shipping products end-to-end and owning outcomes • Strong product instincts and bias toward action • Early-stage experience (Series A or earlier) • Experience building and growing a team, or clearly ready to do so • Bonus: experience taking LLM agent systems to production, including human-in-the-loop review and evaluation • Comfort owning both the ML and product surface around LLM agent systems • Experience with Python and Go • Experience with modern LLM / agent tooling • Experience with AWS • Bonus: experience in a regulated industry such as legal, healthcare, or finance
