📋 Description

• Work as part of an enthusiastic, motivated Agile development team that takes pride in delivering high-quality software to production • Adopt a test-first approach from business requirements through to code • Continually develop and improve our codebase and technology while actively contributing to the design of new features used by millions of global customers • Keep our customers satisfied by writing high-quality code capable of handling hyperscale demand • Participate in regular Tech Development days to learn new technologies, join internal and external hackathons, share knowledge, and help drive engineering improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in C# and .NET software development with a track record of delivering production code in an Agile environment • Proven experience building highly scalable software using containerization and AKS • Practical experience with Bicep, Terraform, and ARM templates • Strong familiarity with Azure — Microsoft certification desirable • Passion for performance optimization, memory management, monitoring, alerting, and advanced debugging techniques • Understanding of data warehousing strategies • Experience with user testing and analytics frameworks • Commitment to secure development practices (e.g., OWASP Top 10) • Expertise in continuous delivery/deployment and a drive to improve the team’s delivery processes • Confident communicating with senior business stakeholders and refining requirements • Extensive knowledge of architectural patterns and design practices • Proven ability and confidence to make technical decisions, including vendor and technology selection • Experience leading code reviews, 3 Amigos sessions, stand-ups, and retrospectives • Experience with, or willingness to learn, front-end technologies such as Node.js, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS • Interest in mentoring and developing junior team members and contributing to working groups • Support our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.
