CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange is a nonprofit organization (founded in 1947) that organizes and facilitates international educational and cultural exchange programs. It provides study abroad programs for college and high school students, gap-year and internship placements, TEFL certification and teaching abroad, professional and research exchange, Work & Travel and BridgeUSA programs, and host-family and employer partnerships. CIEE also administers scholarships and safety/onsite support services to help participants travel and study internationally while advancing intercultural understanding and global citizenship.

📋 Description

• Sell CIEE's Seasonal Exchange programs to prospective U.S. businesses • Prospect and cold call to collect relevant information about host employer needs • Foster ongoing relationships with recruiters, HR representatives, business owners, and U.S. summer camps • Consult on hiring needs and creating successful Bridge USA programs • Obtain host employer and summer camp commitments to hire Bridge USA participants through CIEE hiring services • Present tailored hiring solutions to meet each host employer's unique needs • Promote CIEE at regional and national tradeshows as needed • Collaborate with Seasonal Exchanges teams to ensure successful participant experiences from application through program completion • Hire program participants for host employers in person, overseas, or virtually • Maintain an accurate and complete sales database • Travel internationally as needed to support program placement goals and objectives • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) • Minimum of 2 years of previous sales success required • B2B and human capital solutions experience preferred • Experience in international exchange programs preferred • International travel and/or work experience preferred • Recruitment/Human Resource experience preferred • Computer skills including MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce • Ability to work collaboratively • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment and within tight deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to take initiative and be flexible • Energetic, personable, goal and team-oriented • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed • Background check, reference check, and education and employment verification required as conditions of employment
