📋 Description

• Sell CIEE's Seasonal Exchange programs to prospective U.S. businesses • Prospect and cold call to collect relevant information about host employer needs • Foster ongoing relationships with host employers, recruiters, HR representatives, business owners, and U.S. summer camps • Provide consultation on hiring needs and creating a successful Bridge USA program • Obtain commitments from host employers and U.S. summer camps to hire Bridge USA participants through CIEE hiring services • Present tailored hiring solutions to meet each host employer's unique needs • Promote CIEE at regional and national tradeshows as needed • Collaborate with Seasonal Exchanges teams to ensure successful program experiences from application through completion • Hire program participants for host employers in person, overseas, or virtually • Maintain an accurate and complete sales database • Travel internationally as needed to support CIEE's program placement goals and objectives • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) • A minimum of 2 years of previous sales success required • B2B and human capital solutions preferred • Experience in international exchange programs preferred • International travel and/or work experience preferred • Recruitment/Human Resource experience preferred • Computer skills including MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce • Ability to work collaboratively • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment and within tight deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to take initiative and be flexible • Energetic, personable, goal and team-oriented • Background check, reference check, and education and employment verification as conditions of employment • Some domestic and international travel required (flexible)
