📋 Description

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications • Provide relevant market data and recommendations • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies • Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements • Deliver strong candidate slates and build talent pipelines • Keep candidates engaged through timely progress updates • Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details • Use market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations • Act as a client brand ambassador throughout the recruitment cycle • Provide proactive and timely communication on search status • Provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • French Canadian speaking recruiter who can manage requisitions in Canada and the United States • Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting • Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as iCIMS/ATS (preferred) • Familiarity with social media tools • Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition • English language requirement • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
