📋 Description

• Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications and provide market data and search recommendations • Review applicants in the Applicant Tracking System and evaluate qualifications against position requirements • Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing plans • Source candidates through resume databases, search engines, networking sites, referrals, and talent-community campaigns • Engage candidates through phone, email, and social media and articulate the opportunity's value proposition • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide timely application and interview updates • Conduct phone interviews and compare interview notes and skills assessments with position requirements • Issue and evaluate skills testing and review background and reference information when required • Keep candidates engaged and partner with hiring leaders on offer details and recommendations • Present offers, drive acceptance, and negotiate counter-offers as appropriate • Adhere to OFCCP and other compliance standards • Build qualified candidate slates and talent pipelines • Report recruiting activities, metrics, and efforts to hiring leaders and Cielo leadership • Identify search difficulties and recommend solutions to stakeholders • Proactively communicate search status and provide consultative recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or related field strongly preferred • Minimum of two or more years' recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting • Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools • Healthcare recruiting experience required • Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition • Strong attention to detail • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Must be US based • Must be able to work PST hours • English language required
