📋 Description
• Own the Recruitment Lifecycle. • Ensure an empathetic, transparent, and prompt candidate experience. • Project manage the new hire onboarding experience for seasonal staff. • Assist the Operations team with high-priority tasks. • Partner with Operations team and CEO office on special projects.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record coordinating high-volume recruitment cycles or supporting People/Operations functions, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment. • Exceptional Organization & Detail-Orientation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable navigating the fluid priorities of seasonal hiring. • Tech Savvy.
