📋 Description

• Facilitate high-energy, hands-on workshops for SMBs and scale-ups • Lead adaptive virtual workshops, including AI Ambassadors, technical deep dives, and sessions for product, engineering, and enterprise AI Champion audiences • Teach the behavioral and psychological aspects of AI adoption • Build and live-demo configurations across Claude Code, Codex, and GitHub Copilot/AI ecosystems • Learn and deliver new workshop content on tight timelines • Manage client sponsor interactions before, during, and after sessions • Identify and recommend future programs aligned with client goals • Surface workshop feedback and improve examples, framing, and exercises • Study and experiment with current AI applications, tools, use cases, and skills • Support marketing, LinkedIn thought leadership, marketing materials, and occasional events • Create supplementary learner content, interactive post-session resources, and asynchronous touchpoints

🎯 Requirements

• US-based and available within 9am–6pm ET • Minimum 5 years of work experience; 10+ years preferred • Direct experience in technical operations, product management, sales engineering, or solution architecture within mid-market startups and scale-ups • Professional credibility to lead and advise engineering and senior product stakeholders • Builder-level AI capability • Active experience with Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, n8n, Zapier, MCP, and custom tool/plugin compilation • Ability to audit complex, multi-step prompt workflows or automated workflows live for engineering audiences • Substantial workshop facilitation experience for startups, scale-ups, or SMBs • Ability to adapt to shifting content, varied audiences, ambiguity, and tight workshop timelines
