📋 Description

• Identify high-impact AI opportunities across delivery, operations, and growth • Connect business strategy to practical AI systems and workflows • Map and redesign delivery, operations, marketing, and account management workflows around connected systems and agents • Build and maintain Tallwave’s company database • Build and maintain agentic workflows across Asana, HubSpot, Claude, Granola, Google Workspace, Slack, Vercel, and Collective 54 Co-founder using MCP connections, APIs, and automation platforms • Automate status reporting, hours against estimation sheets, meeting capture, intake, and leadership rollups • Surface client expansion signals, early signs of client friction, and client wins • Own and continuously improve AI tooling, including prompts, skills, context, and accuracy • Partner with project management, operations, and program owners; test builds on live client work • Present builds and opportunities at quarterly AI reviews with leadership and program owners • Help teams adopt AI-native ways of working through practical training • Measure impact through hours returned, cost per program, adoption, and tool utilization • Uphold AI guardrails, human review requirements, and client data retention and contract rules

🎯 Requirements

• Background in operations, solutions engineering, RevOps or GTM engineering, technical program management, or a similar role translating business needs into relied-upon systems and solutions • 5+ years of relevant experience • Hands-on experience building AI or automation workflows used in production • Demonstrated success turning ambiguous problems or opportunities into practical solutions adopted and retained by teams • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen • Genuine curiosity about AI and experience experimenting with emerging tools and learning quickly • Hands-on fluency with Claude or similar LLMs, Claude Code, MCP, APIs, and automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Asana AI Studio • Track record of achieving team adoption without formal authority • Clear written communication and systems documentation skills • Ability to work with non-technical teams • Professional services or agency experience is a plus • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Living in the 48 contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, or Hawai'i • Must not require visa sponsorship
