• Consume, re-watch, and take detailed notes on provided training modules • Ideate, create, and recreate content ideas daily using: • Competitor research • Internal high-performing content • Leverage AI tools to bring creative ideas to life • Edit short-form video content using CapCut, applying advanced techniques learned in training • Post content daily on assigned social media accounts • Apply feedback from content managers consistently and quickly • Handle content requests aimed at improving post performance and growth
🎯 Requirements
• English Fluency • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Deep interest in social media and content creation • Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of visual appeal • Viral-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze why content performs • Strong understanding of Gen-Z humor and American pop culture • Ability to work under pressure, manage time, and hold yourself accountable • Motivated by growth, high standards, and personal development
