📋 Description

• Cultivate relationships with managers at various levels to find and deliver exceptional candidates for open vacancies • Execute a recruitment process while simultaneously reconstructing it to be best in class • Advise managers and business leaders on market trends, tactical methodologies, and competitive analysis • Develop customized approaches for complex hiring needs at scale • Find the strongest candidates to help move the business forward • Shepherd candidates through the hiring experience • Represent the CLEAResult brand in candidate, vendor, and organizational interactions • Vet candidates for open vacancies • Partner with various vendors • Collaborate with other organizations and support members of the Recruiting team • Collaborate cross-functionally with members of the People Team

🎯 Requirements

• Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience • Track record of navigating obstacles in sourcing and recruiting • Ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other business platforms • Experience with Paradox is a major differentiator • Affinity for data and its application in business success • Knowledge of the labor market and current trends • Desire to continue learning and growing professionally • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations
