📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of software engineers building the front-end experience, including hiring, coaching, and career development • Interact regularly with the design team to ensure the experience meets the design • Translate design, product, and engineering roadmaps into operational plans and guide execution and delivery across the Delinea Platform • Determine staffing and resourcing needs to meet project schedules and goals • Partner with design, engineering managers, product managers, architects, and DevOps/SRE leadership to align priorities and present results and recommendations • Manage day-to-day platform experience engineering work, balancing feature delivery, technical debt, reliability, and platform experience • Own delivery of the component library and UX services written in Angular/C# • Coordinate UI/UX standards across micro-front-end services and ensure component API compatibility • Identify common patterns for standard components and coordinate the component lifecycle • Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning • Oversee code and design reviews for performance, accessibility, and maintainability • Collaborate on roadmap definition and prioritization • Champion engineering best practices and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software engineering with Angular or comparable technologies, C# .NET, and microservices architectures • Proficiency in Angular, React, Node, npm, RxJS, HTML, TypeScript, JavaScript, and module federation • Ability to diagnose complex front-end lifecycles and optimize performance • Ability to write and review code meeting ARIA and WCAG accessibility requirements • Experience writing and supporting complex UI components and component APIs • Ability to manage the lifecycle of a component library used across many services • Knowledge of current front-end trends and technology adoption • Full-stack experience supporting backend services • Practical experience integrating AI/ML systems using MCP or similar AI frameworks • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins • Deep understanding of cloud security, identity management, and privileged access control • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor in a collaborative environment • Experience with Angular/Angular Material and complex micro-front-end architectures such as module federation • Understanding of front-end service encapsulation, distribution, dependency injection, resiliency, state management, and enterprise UI patterns • Knowledge of observability frameworks such as Datadog RUM and Grafana • Experience in AI-enhanced security, automated policy enforcement, or data compliance management is desirable • Proven success in Agile software development and continuous delivery • Must not require any type of US work authorization now or in the future
