• Deliver on assigned revenue targets through effective lead generation and customer acquisition • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities within assigned territories • Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate territory and expand CloudPay’s customer base. • Collaborate with SDR & Marketing to create momentum in the assigned territory, building a strong pipeline aligned with CloudPay’s Go-To-Market • Work with Solution Consulting, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver compelling, solution-oriented presentations. • Work with Strategic Alliances to build and leverage partner relationships in the HCM ecosystem and beyond, in particular Oracle, alongside Workday or SAP • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to stay informed about the dynamics of the payroll and payments market. • Attend industry functions as assigned and approved by management, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
• Proven experience in starting and leading in the DACH Region in Enterprise Payroll • Extensive knowledge and experience in selling within the Enterprise Global Payroll and/or HCM/HRIS managed services space • Proven track record and demonstrated success in closing large, complex enterprise deals with strong, consistent delivery against revenue targets. • Direct experience working with large multinational/global Enterprise clients, selling into c-suite • Exposed to and use at least one recognised Sales Methodology, preferably MEDDPICC or similar • Ability to build long-term relationships and influence key senior stakeholders and colleagues at all levels, including C-Level client contacts and senior external partners • Ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and sales metrics to make informed decisions.
