📋 Description

• Develop, customize, and maintain applications within QAD ERP 2019 EE • Develop and troubleshoot custom programs, reports, browses, and maintenance screens • Support integrations with external systems, including Ignition, AutoStore, Boomi, EDI, and custom web applications • Monitor support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions • Support ERP functionalities including label printing, shipment tracking, quality, scanning, and returns management • Collaborate with technical teams to maintain system stability and improve performance • Document technical changes, solutions, and system enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in QAD ERP development, customization, and technical support • Hands-on experience with QAD Enterprise Edition (EE) • Strong knowledge of QAD custom programs, reports, browses, and maintenance screens • Experience with ERP integrations and troubleshooting • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Good communication skills and ability to work independently • Availability to work during US Central Time Zone hours • Preferred: Experience with QAD 2019 EE • Preferred: Familiarity with Ignition, AutoStore, Boomi, and EDI integrations • Preferred: Experience with label printing, shipment tracking, quality, scanning, and RGA workflows • Preferred: Experience supporting enterprise ERP environments with multiple users and custom applications
