📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using .NET 9 and ASP.NET Core, and GraphQL • Lead, drive, and own implementation of new solutions in the codebase and architecture • Work independently with minimal direction, taking full ownership of assigned projects • Identify opportunities for improvement in the codebase and take the lead in pushing for those changes • Collaborate with distributed teams to deliver new product features and enhancements • Write high-quality, well-tested code and contribute to automated testing frameworks using xUnit.net • Build and Prototype solutions using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot (in JetBrains Rider), and Codex OpenAI • Leverage technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, RabbitMQ, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL to improve system reliability and performance • Monitor, debug, and optimize applications using DataDog, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Microsoft Azure services • Contribute to a strong engineering culture through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement • Engage in agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

🎯 Requirements

• C#, ASP.NET Core: 3+ years • Software Engineering: 5+ Years • Proven ability to lead and own technical solutions and architectural decisions • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision • Write high-quality, well-tested code • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal) • Enjoys team collaboration, continuous learning, and building scalable solutions • Strive to constantly learn new things • Must be based in LATAM • English level - C1 or C2 • Fintech experience is a plus • Experience developing AI-powered applications is a plus
