📋 Description

• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with top-performing mortgage brokers • Provide expert guidance on CMLS products and credit policies • Deliver on-site support, training, and troubleshooting within the broker network • Monitor application lifecycles and collaborate with underwriting and risk teams • Structure complex residential mortgage files with brokers before underwriting • Own territory funding targets and drive consistent growth and high-quality originations • Analyze regional market trends and grow market share

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in residential mortgage underwriting or credit analysis • Proactive drive to capture market share and scale a territory • Team-oriented understanding of sales, underwriting, and risk partnerships • Existing network within the Calgary Metropolitan Area and Southern Alberta broker community • Valid driver’s license • Reliable access to a vehicle • Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Agent license considered an asset • Candidate must be located on Vancouver Island
