• Serve as the initial point of contact with local Co-ops and build relationships throughout implementation, go-live, and hypercare support • Review, understand, and document client HR policies, processes, practices, CBAs, and LOUs • Consider applicable provincial employment legislation and recommend policy and practice changes for compliance and alignment • Gather, validate, and deliver employee, time-balance, and payroll data for conversion cycles • Maintain the client requirements workbook and complete the product for transition to operations • Coordinate with program workstreams to ensure required data and documented requirements are available • Support the program manager and workstream leaders with testing, documentation, training, and presentation content • Design and refine learning content for HR transformation initiatives • Facilitate hands-on technical training for team leaders across the Co-operative Retailing System, virtually or in person • Plan and execute in-person workshops, including venue, travel, and catering logistics • Collaborate on training materials to ensure relevance, clarity, and alignment with program goals • Evaluate and refine training content as team needs evolve • Support customers from training through go-live cutover activities and payroll cycles • Report to the Training Lead
• High skill level working with MS Office • Experience in HR requirements gathering and validation • Excellent customer service level communication skills • Strong organization and time management skills • Ability to prioritize deliverables and achieve timelines • Ability to work well in a virtual environment and handle ambiguity • 1–3 years of experience within HR Training or learning and development; a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered • 2+ years of systems training delivery experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Human Resources • Comfortable with in-person and virtual technology-based learning • Familiarity and training experience with Human Capital Management solutions, preferably Oracle Cloud HCM and UKG Workforce Management • Experience providing direct customer support during project launches/system go-lives as a first point of contact • Ability to apply adult learning principles and handle sensitive situations professionally and carefully • Valid driver’s license • Ability to travel one week per month for a minimum of 12 months (2027–2028) across Western Canada • Proximity to a major airport considered an asset • May be required to complete a criminal record check in accordance with FCL policies
