📋 Description

• Support development and execution of the product roadmap aligned with company vision and market trends • Define and uphold quality checkpoints across delivery stages, including readiness criteria, QA sign-off, and release protocols • Conduct customer discovery, competitive analysis, and market research • Work with Engineering to translate business needs into technical requirements • Partner with UX, marketing, sales, and veterinary support teams to ensure seamless user experience and product adoption • Define and track product performance metrics, including customer engagement, retention, and revenue impact • Write user stories, prioritize the backlog, plan sprints, and lead demos • Present product updates and roadmaps to executives, clients, and internal teams • Gather customer feedback to refine features and drive continuous improvement • Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical AI standards, compliance regulations, and data privacy laws

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a tech environment • Proven track record launching successful digital products or features, such as B2B platforms, consumer apps, or SaaS • Experience conducting user research, gathering feedback, and translating user needs into product decisions • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience with Jira, Trello, Asana, or modern project management tools • User-focused, curious, data-informed, and outcomes-focused product mindset • Excellent communication skills, including translating technical ideas to non-technical audiences • Experience defining KPIs and leveraging Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL, or similar data tools • Experience with growth strategies, A/B tests, APIs, or cross-functional leadership • Preferred: Background in UX design, user research, usability testing, or hands-on prototyping with Figma or Sketch • Preferred: Experience launching mobile products or integrations • Preferred: Fluency in one or more non-English languages; Spanish preferred
