📋 Description

• Identify opportunities to grow the base business, increase sales, optimize display space, and improve productivity while maintaining customer service • Assist with installation and maintenance of creative displays aligned with branding initiatives • Interact with store personnel and consumers to provide product knowledge and insights • Execute sales programs and initiatives, including selling-in promotional programs and ensuring customer compliance • Partner with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and the Advanced Hydration Field team on sales and merchandising plans • Maintain product inventory levels, minimize out-of-stocks, and uphold merchandising standards • Gather and report customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities • Check date codes and manage account adherence to plan-o-grams • Replace decals or tags and transport, build, and maintain point-of-sale advertising and coupons • Use company-provided technology for real-time daily reporting and analyze reports to drive in-store success

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred • Entry-level applicants with a willingness to learn will be considered • 0–2 years’ experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service encouraged • Must be located in the Denver, CO Area or willing to relocate at your own expense • Strong selling skill set and ability to influence store/ownership personnel through fact-based data selling, problem solving, and creative thinking • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently within a large territory and multitask across a large number of stores • Strong interpersonal and time-management skills; ability to communicate successes, challenges, and opportunities verbally and in writing • Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for the brands and their purpose • Ability to lift 25–50 lbs with frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling • Occasional off-hours/weekend work as needed • Personal vehicle, excellent driving record, valid driver’s license, and willingness to drive long distances throughout the territory • Motor Vehicle Records must satisfy company standards per Driving Policy • Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without requiring employment sponsorship • Skills: Communication, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Inventory Management, Leadership, Learning Quickly, Marketing, Merchandising, Merchandising Standards, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Organizing, People Management, Planograms (POGs), Problem Solving, Product Displays, Product Inventory Management, Professional Etiquette, Professional Presentation, Relationship Building, Sales, Time Management, Willingness to Learn, Working Independently
