📋 Description

• Design across brand identity systems, campaigns, and digital product experiences for web, mobile, and platforms • Create scalable visual languages and design systems across marketing and product environments • Translate strategy into concepts, flows, UI frameworks, and high-craft executions • Prototype interaction and motion studies, clickable prototypes, and high-fidelity prototypes • Use AI for ideation, iteration, production support, and rapid prototyping • Partner with strategists, writers, producers, and engineers to deliver work end-to-end • Present work, incorporate feedback, and contribute to client conversations • Balance conceptual exploration with day-to-day design production across multiple workstreams • Deliver high-fidelity, build-ready concepts and support handoff, QA, and iteration • Manage workload and project timelines to deliver design work on schedule

🎯 Requirements

• High AI fluency and curiosity; actively experimenting with tools, developing opinions, and evolving workflows • Ability to turn ideas into tangible, testable experiences quickly using prototypes • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset • Ability to own pieces of work independently • Portfolio showing strong craft across identity, campaign, and product/UI work • Strong typography, composition, interaction sensibility, and systems thinking • High attention to detail • Experience contributing to design systems across marketing and product surfaces • Comfort collaborating closely with engineers on handoff, feasibility, and QA • Experience working in iterative build cycles
