• Independently manage, execute shopper marketing programs for assigned national retailer accounts • Develop and implement insight driven occasion based strategies and partnership marketing programs • Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, agencies, vendors and retailer contacts to ensure seamless execution • Manage marketing spend in accordance with program budgets; ensures strong return on investment of all marketing activities • Plan, develop and execute channel and customer promotions/programs that leverage brand idea/thinking and consumer insights • Provide customer business and value opportunity assessments • Prepare reports / presentations of research results by efficiently communicating critical learnings, consumer insights and conclusions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 3+ Years experience in Shopper marketing, preferably in fast-moving consumer packaged goods (FMCPG) industry or agency • Ability to independently execute full cycle retail marketing at national accounts • Strong organizational and project management skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex operational tasks including budget tracking, vendor coordination • Proactive problem solving mindset with focus on eliminating friction and improving team efficiencies • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external partners • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within industry • Experience in POS development an asset
