📋 Description

• Lead full-service custom quantitative and qualitative market research engagements from kickoff through presentation • Manage questionnaire and discussion guide design, field management, survey and data quality control, data analysis, and reporting • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into strategic research reports with compelling narratives • Deliver culturally fluent insights on under-represented audiences and empathetic perspectives on consumer tensions • Oversee project timelines and task execution to meet research objectives and deadlines • Partner with project team members and vendors on task division, timelines, and objectives • Proactively flag capacity, quality, or timing issues • Provide direction and mentorship to junior analysts on project teams • Serve as client contact on key projects or support project leads with client management and communication • Lead project kickoff calls and presentations • Deliver meaningful insights and brand-specific recommendations addressing research objectives and core business questions

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of demonstrated experience in consumer market research • Strong hands-on proficiency in quantitative research, including survey design, statistical analysis, and data visualization • Strong hands-on proficiency in qualitative research, including discussion guide design, online bulletin boards, IDIs, focus groups, qualitative data analysis, and reporting • Proven track record creating visually compelling, action-oriented presentation decks translating complex data into clear recommendations for non-researchers and senior executive audiences • Experience directly working with clients and presenting research findings to key client stakeholders • Passion for consumer culture and human behavior • Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects concurrently and meet deadlines • Comfortable in collaborative, co-creative team environments and with self-directed responsibilities • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with survey platforms such as Decipher and Qualtrics • Experience with qualitative platforms such as Recollective, Qualboard, and Discuss.io • Analytical/statistical tools such as SPSS or R are a plus • Spanish language proficiency is a plus • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Must be US-based • Must live in one of the eligible US states: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MD, MA, MN, MO, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, RI, TN, TX, VA, or DC
