CollegeSpring is a nonprofit organization that partners with schools, districts, and community groups to provide teacher-led, in-school test preparation and academic readiness programs for grades 9–12. Their data-rich digital platform and LMS deliver SAT, ACT, and TSIA2 curricula, practice tests, and real-time analytics while their Partner Success Team trains teachers to embed instruction during the school day to boost foundational English and math skills and improve college and career readiness.

📋 Description

• Lead implementation of CollegeSpring's program across an assigned portfolio of partner districts and schools • Develop implementation plans and coordinate program launches • Serve as the primary implementation advisor for partner leaders and educators • Cultivate trusted partnerships with district leaders, administrators, counselors, and teachers • Monitor partner progress, address risks, support retention, and identify expansion opportunities • Coordinate cross-functional support to maximize partner success • Design and deliver professional learning, instructional coaching, and implementation support • Conduct classroom observations and use implementation data and student performance trends to strengthen educator effectiveness • Monitor implementation quality, educator engagement, partner feedback, and student outcomes • Represent CollegeSpring in prospective partner meetings, program demonstrations, conferences, and other external engagements • Collaborate with Partnerships, Product, Operations, Data & Insights, and Advancement teams • Leverage technology, artificial intelligence, implementation insights, and partner feedback to improve program quality and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Florida with knowledge of the local educational landscape • 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in K–12 education, instructional coaching, professional learning, program implementation, and/or related fields • Classroom teaching or counseling experience and experience supporting educators • Commitment to leveraging technology, artificial intelligence, and emerging innovations • Instructional expertise as a classroom teacher, counselor, instructional coach, curriculum specialist, or professional learning leader • Strong understanding of effective pedagogy and educator capacity building • Demonstrated success building trusted relationships across school systems • Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills • Experience designing and delivering professional learning • Experience leading virtual and in-person training • Ability to translate data and implementation challenges into practical solutions • Demonstrated ability to use student, educator, and implementation data to drive instructional decisions and improve student outcomes • Strong project and implementation management skills • Ability to manage multiple partner engagements and competing priorities • Deep commitment to educational equity • Preferred: Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Counseling, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field • Preferred: Experience with digital learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), or educational technology • Preferred: Experience with college and career readiness programs and assessments such as SAT, ACT, TSIA2, or ACCUPLACER • Preferred: Experience working in large urban school districts, education nonprofits, or edtech organizations • Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods • Must be able to lift, carry, or transport materials/equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
