Come and See Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports global distribution, translation, and accessibility for the faith-based television series The Chosen. The foundation raises funds, coordinates translations and dubbing into hundreds of languages, operates promotional screenings and partnerships (including an official app and streaming releases), and provides grant/donation-based support to keep all seven seasons freely available worldwide. 📋 Description

• Manage employee data across HRIS and other people systems and workflows • Ensure accurate payroll and benefits data • Communicate data to benefits carriers and partner with Finance to resolve discrepancies • Administer benefits and multi-state leave, including enrollments, life events, open enrollment, carrier relationships, ACA reporting, and leaves of absence • Administer and improve onboarding and offboarding experiences • Post jobs and coordinate interview scheduling and logistics • Maintain personnel files • Create and administer job descriptions • Assist with policy and handbook administration • Maintain the compliance calendar and track multi-state requirements for a remote workforce • Answer Team Member questions about pay, benefits, policies, and systems • Build self-service resources • Document processes, deliver people data to leadership, and simplify or automate recurring work

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of HR operations experience, or equivalent capability • Hands-on experience in HRIS, benefits, and employee data administration • Working knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ACA, COBRA, and Form I-9 • Exceptional accuracy, discretion, and care in confidential matters • Strong written and verbal communication, reporting, and spreadsheet capability • Self-directed and collaborative teammate with ability to thrive in a remote environment • A personal faith in Jesus and alignment with our mission, values, and Statement of Faith • Bonus: BambooHR experience • Bonus: Support of remote multi-state and global workforce • Bonus: SHRM-CP, PHR, FPC, or CPP • Bonus: Nonprofit or ministry/faith-based organizational experience
