📋 Description

• Own employee records and pay-related changes between hire and exit, including transfers, promotions, and compensation changes • Process employee lifecycle changes in HiBob • Prepare merit increase letters, promotion letters, and compensation adjustment documentation • Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with Finance • Administer employee benefits and manage relationships with brokers, insurance providers, and HR vendors • Answer employee questions about benefits, enrollment, and changes • Maintain compliance with applicable employment law in the US and other operating jurisdictions • Maintain and update the Employee Handbook • Manage employment contracts, offer letters, and other employment documentation • Support visa, work permit, and relocation processes • Partner with Legal on sensitive employee matters, terminations, and employment disputes • Maintain accurate, audit-ready People records and identify compliance gaps • Build and improve scalable People processes and automate manual tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Experience administering employee lifecycle changes (transfers, promotions, and compensation changes) in an HRIS such as HiBob • Experience maintaining accurate employee records • Experience keeping employment compliance current, including policies, employment contracts, offer letters, and related documentation • Experience administering benefits, including enrollment, qualifying life events, and vendor relationships with brokers and insurance providers • Experience coordinating payroll inputs with Finance • Good judgment with sensitive and confidential information • Experience supporting international employees, including visas, work permits, or relocation (nice-to-have) • Experience at an early- or growth-stage startup (nice-to-have) • Experience automating or making People processes self-serve (nice-to-have)
