📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and improve infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines • Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure, including compute, networking, storage, and IAM • Implement and improve observability using Datadog or similar platforms • Collaborate with Engineering teams to optimize deployment workflows and developer productivity • Streamline release processes • Ensure infrastructure is secure, resilient, and aligned with business continuity goals • Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident response • Participate in post-incident reviews and drive improvements to reduce risk and increase uptime • Document infrastructure, processes, and operational best practices • Evaluate and recommend improvements to DevOps tooling and practices • Support internal Engineering teams and customer-facing infrastructure • Collaborate with the Senior DevOps Engineer and peers across the Engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering role • Experience ideally in a SaaS or product-focused environment • Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS • Proficiency with Terraform or CloudFormation • Experience with CI/CD platforms and workflows such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Jenkins • Familiarity with Docker, ECS, or Kubernetes • Understanding of observability tools such as Datadog or Prometheus • Experience with Python or Bash scripting and automation • Understanding of networking, Unix-based system administration, and cloud security fundamentals • Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and support production environments • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Bias toward action, continuous learning, and practical problem-solving • Comfort working independently and asynchronously while prioritizing collaboration • Experience with AI is a major plus • Experience with Vanta and SOC 2 compliance is preferred • Must be eligible to work in Canada, excluding Quebec
