📋 Description

• Structure work in support of client-facing processes, building and maintaining measurable tasks, checklists and KPIs • Liaise with ConceiveAbilities clients and vendors to actively manage and complete financial tasks and requests related to business operations • Issue precise client invoices, handle bills, and process payments aligned with customer journeys • Regularly audit client escrow accounts • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Operations) to prioritize tasks and resolve customer-facing issues promptly • Assist with month- and year-end close, annual audit support, and certain federal, state, and municipal filings • Provide ad-hoc analytical support for company-wide initiatives and strategies • Cross-train with other financial team members • Support Accounts Payable and financial reporting tasks

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business, OR a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in place of a BA/BS degree • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong Excel skills • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Salesforce, and Bill.com is a plus • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to multitask • Excellent business acumen and collaborative problem-solving skills
