• Own and execute the Profit Share program • Ensure accuracy and completeness of Common Share Dividends, Investment Share Dividends, and Patronage payouts • Make strategic recommendations for the evolution of the holistic loyalty strategy • Address transactional and relationship loyalty in alignment with the Value Proposition and target member segments • Coordinate member- and employee-facing campaigns supporting Profit Share and deposit-gathering programs • Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Sales Effectiveness, Operations, and other delivery teams • Recommend enhancements to existing Profit Share and deposit-gathering programs • Use available data to monitor, evaluate, and improve program results • Refine and measure value proposition and target member segment alignment in member lifecycle strategies • Apply banking product planning, customer journey, and product development processes • Monitor and evaluate markets, trends, and competitive dynamics • Identify and assess opportunities and enhancements to existing programs • Travel occasionally for frontline engagement, team meetings, or campaign support
• 5+ years of experience in product management, loyalty marketing, CRM or partnership management • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field • Strong understanding and experience in customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies • Demonstrated ability to identify performance gaps and build cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable growth • Strong working knowledge of modern analytical tools, methodologies and presentation mediums • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making • Experience leading campaign portfolios or complex, multi-channel initiatives • Thorough knowledge of competitor credit unions and financial institutions, retail banking products, loyalty, and sponsorship/partnership landscapes in Canada • Strong strategic and analytical skills • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to interpret performance trends, competitor activity, and financial impacts • Strong organizational and project management capabilities; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Ability to influence across departments and align stakeholders around shared growth objectives • Proven skill in navigating ambiguity and complexity using sound judgment, data, and cross-functional input • Selected candidate must successfully pass a criminal background check, reference check and credit check
