📋 Description

• Talk to customers frequently and develop a deep understanding of legal, finance, and governance workflows • Set product direction and roadmap priorities, balancing customer needs, company goals, and technical feasibility • Partner with Engineering and Design to turn complex problems into product solutions • Make product decisions using customer insight, market context, pricing, packaging, and segmentation inputs • Work with Sales, Support, and Implementation to support successful product launches • Define product requirements and user stories for engineering teams • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and evolving governance operations • Use AI tools to prototype ideas, accelerate discovery, and explore solutions • Identify opportunities for AI and emerging technologies to improve customer workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience building B2B SaaS products • Track record of owning product areas from discovery through launch and iteration • Strong product judgment and ability to make thoughtful trade-offs in fast-moving environments • Experience working closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality products • Comfortable leading customer discovery and translating insights into product decisions • Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about emerging technologies • Clear communication and ability to align teams around product direction and outcomes • Previous experience in a startup/scale-up environment • Experience in Legal-tech, Fintech, or other complex enterprise software environments (nice to have) • Able to live and work full-time in the US and Canada
