• Develop and execute a comprehensive clinical education strategy for the Surgical (GYN/L&D) and Specialty businesses • Identify, develop, and maintain Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships for educational programming, content development, and peer-to-peer training • Build and manage relationships with professional medical societies in the GYN and Specialty markets, including Plastics, Head & Neck, and ENT • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Professional Education on virtual webinars and multi-channel education programs • Design fellowship and residency training content, including eLearning modules and curricula for physicians-in-training • Create training playbooks and supporting materials for field teams to execute in-person hands-on training • Coordinate scheduling, contracting, logistics, and on-site support for physician trainers and faculty • Manage education-function data analytics and continuously evaluate program performance and effectiveness • Measure and report procedural adoption tied to educational programming • Establish KPIs and reporting dashboards for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders • Ensure education programs and materials comply with regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Qualtrics, Smartsheet, and similar business applications; advanced proficiency preferred • Experience with registration systems such as CVENT • Ability to use and create documents within Canva • Strong presentation skills • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical education role, preferably within medical devices, surgical, or specialty markets • Proven track record of building and executing education strategy that drives measurable business results • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), data analytics/reporting tools, and standard business applications • Experience developing KOL relationships and working with professional medical societies preferred • Experience developing eLearning content and/or training curricula preferred • Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree • Ability to occasionally move trainers weighing 50–80 lbs in pelican cases • Ability to work in lab spaces that may include porcine and cadaveric models • Ability to travel as required for field-based educational programs, education grants programs, and quarterly corporate-office meetings; travel ranges from 50–60%
