📋 Description

• Train clients to use KeyStone • Contribute to designing training programs and course materials for clients and employees • Assist Education team members with departmental training initiatives • Adapt delivery and learning environments to each client’s onsite or remote needs • Enhance clients’ overall training experience • Design and deliver customized training based on each client’s products, services, and interfaces • Instruct, support, and coach students • Inform credit union management about students’ development areas • Create and maintain client training schedules • Upload training materials to client Confluence spaces • Meet training-related project plan deadlines and communicate delays to the manager • Guide clients through setup of training-related items in the KeyStone database and monitor progress • Travel as business needs dictate • Build client relationships and promptly communicate feedback or concerns to the manager • Support monthly client Webex training • Maintain awareness of supporting documentation and internal procedures on Confluence • Deliver and participate in Corelation’s CORE Program until teachbacks are completed • Suggest improvements to internal and client-facing documentation

🎯 Requirements

• At least six months to two years of similar or related experience • At least a high school diploma/GED • Preferably experience working in education, adult learning, training, and/or Credit Unions • Preferably experience working at a similar software company • Understanding of the KeyStone product and ability to keep abreast of enhancements and changes • Ability to follow current procedures and processes • Ability to utilize and direct clients to current documentation on Confluence • Ability to design and deliver customized training using all training delivery methods • Ability to instruct, support, and coach students in developing KeyStone knowledge • Ability to create and maintain client training schedules • Ability to meet training-related project plan deadlines • Ability to instruct clients in setting up training-related items on the KeyStone database and monitor progress • Ability to travel as business needs dictate • Ability to develop strong client relationships and communicate feedback or concerns promptly • Ability to support monthly client Webex training • Ability to complete Corelation’s Onboarding and Readiness Employee (CORE) Program until teachbacks are completed
