• Responsible for growing market share and driving revenue across your territory • Work closely with builders, architects, and dealer partners while identifying new distribution opportunities • Achieve and exceed assigned sales revenue and margin targets • Build and maintain product knowledge and understanding of local competitive products • Initiate contact with relevant individuals within assigned accounts and industry associations • Prepare and present sales presentations, physical displays, and demonstrations for MAC Metal Architectural products • Participate in internal and external events, such as trade shows or industry association meetings
• 5+ years of sales experience within the building materials or construction industry • Experience working with architectural or exterior building products is considered a strong asset • Proven ability to develop relationships and generate new business opportunities • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to independently manage a territory and consistently drive results • Self-motivated with a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset • Comfortable engaging with a variety of stakeholders, including dealers, contractors, and architects • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Ontario and Canada • Reliable vehicle available for business travel
