📋 Description

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat • Provide accurate information regarding Costco products, services, and policies • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and account management • Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, escalating to higher levels when necessary • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system • Uphold Costco's high standards of customer service in every interaction • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a consistent customer experience • Stay informed about company updates, promotions, and new products • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus • Proven experience as a customer service representative or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a remote setting • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software • Ability to work independently while being a team player • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
