📋 Description
• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of our SaaS platform • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Full Stack Engineers • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders • Drive architectural decisions and establish coding standards • Conduct thorough code reviews and promote a culture of continuous improvement • Proactively identify technical debt and scalability bottlenecks • Champion security and compliance initiatives • Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a technical role • Extensive hands-on experience with Full Stack development using Node.js and related technologies, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience • Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies such as Node.js, Vue.js, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker, and TypeScript • Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • In-depth knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles • Thorough understanding of web security best practices • Familiarity with container technologies like Docker • Experience with Nest.js is a plus • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Passion for continuous learning and professional development
