📋 Description

• Coordinate and execute logistics and on-the-ground delivery of B2B and D2C events • Manage event vendor and regional industry association relationships, including booking, logistics, and sponsorship deliverables • Prepare, organize, and distribute branded materials, signage, and digital assets • Execute event lead capture processes and support post-event reporting on performance, effectiveness, and ROI • Communicate event details, timelines, and requirements with internal stakeholders • Maintain event calendars for assigned regions and track budget spend against approved parameters • Provide hands-on on-site support, including setup, breakdown, vendor coordination, and real-time issue resolution • Work closely with the Event Marketing Manager and Director of Growth Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in event planning, field marketing, or community engagement • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field preferred • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-moving environment • Proactive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Experience with event software or CRM tools is a bonus • Able to work flexible hours during event periods • Willingness to travel up to 50% • Must be able to work in the United States; the company is unable to provide visa sponsorship
