📋 Description

• Support and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates for critical roles, including C-suite positions • Leverage tools, platforms, and networks to source passive and active candidates • Proactively engage candidates, build and maintain relationships, and generate interest in Curtiss-Wright opportunities • Use networks and outreach techniques to attract top-tier talent • Partner with the internal Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on talent needs • Refine candidate profiles and evaluate candidates based on experience, capabilities, cultural fit, and potential to drive results • Present shortlisted candidates to Talent Acquisition Partners • Maintain and manage an active pipeline of qualified candidates • Ensure timely communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process • Track and report sourcing metrics and provide insights into talent acquisition trends, candidate engagement, and recruitment effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience sourcing • Experience in global recruitment across one or more of our markets is a plus • Strong sourcing proficiency using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, networking, and other innovative sourcing strategies • Polished written and verbal communication skills • Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach to sourcing and recruitment • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Strong attention to detail and data management • Ability to leverage metrics to inform decision-making and drive sourcing strategies • Proficient in sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment technology platforms • A quiet, secure, work from home space with the ability to openly communicate • Resilience for change and ambiguity • Position may require exposure to export-controlled information and additional security screening
