📋 Description

• Review assigned ServiceNow requests for completeness and update ticket status and processing notes • Enter and update candidate, worker, position, job, organizational and hiring information in Workday • Process routine seasonal and temporary hiring transactions and monitor them through completion or handoff • Compare information across ServiceNow, Workday, templates and supporting documents • Monitor ServiceNow tickets, Workday inbox items and other work queues • Collect, organize and record required hiring documentation • Contact hiring managers, HR representatives, candidates and internal partners for missing information and routine updates • Maintain operational trackers and provide volume, completion and outstanding-item information • Identify and escalate system errors, duplicate records, process exceptions, conflicting information and overdue dependencies • Handle candidate and employee information securely in accordance with privacy and records-management requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry, administration, Human Resources, recruitment coordination, customer service or high-volume transaction processing • Experience working with confidential personal or employment information • Experience working from standardized procedures, checklists or service-level requirements • Accurate and efficient keyboarding and data-entry skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams • Ability to learn and navigate Workday, ServiceNow and related digital tools • Ability to compare information across systems and source documents • Ability to maintain clear, complete and retrievable electronic records • Ability to use trackers, filters and basic spreadsheet functions • Professional written communication skills • Ability to follow written procedures and complete standardized workflows consistently • Willingness to understand and support the mission and purpose of The Salvation Army in Canada and Bermuda • Completion of post-secondary education in Human Resources, business administration, office administration or a related discipline is preferred • An equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience may be considered
