📋 Description

• Prepare sales presentations and proposals • Conduct market research • Assist with sales forecasting and analysis • Oversee the entire proposal process, from identifying opportunities through final submission • Develop proposal plans and strategies aligned with organizational goals and client needs • Lead proposal development with cross-functional teams • Ensure proposals meet RFP requirements and applicable guidelines or regulations • Manage proposal budgets within defined constraints • Gather information from sales, marketing, technical teams, and management • Develop and maintain proposal templates • Manage proposal content for accuracy, currency, and relevance • Conduct post-proposal analysis and identify areas for improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years relevant work experience • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills • Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills • Bachelor's degree preferred, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification • 1–2 years Public & Labor RFP work experience preferred
