📋 Description

• Plan and deliver high-impact programs spanning multiple teams or departments • Lead a team of program/project managers, overseeing development, execution quality, and career growth • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define program goals, timelines, success metrics, and dependencies • Implement and reinforce standardized program-management tools and processes • Track and report program performance, resource usage, risks, and milestones • Identify operational improvements across the program portfolio • Serve as an escalation point for program-level issues and cross-functional blockers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management • 3+ years of experience in people management or leading large-scale initiatives • Bachelor’s degree required • PMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications preferred • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills • Proficiency in program management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, and MS Project • Experience in SaaS, tech, or enterprise project delivery preferred • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and to India 1–2 times per year • Experience working with automotive OEMs or automotive third-party companies
