📋 Description

• Oversee execution, quality, and continuous improvement of the organization's periodic access review program • Ensure access certifications are completed accurately, on time, compliant, audit-defensible, and aligned with identity governance requirements • Drive accountability across review activities • Monitor program performance and provide leadership with visibility into compliance status, risks, and remediation efforts • Advance automation, standardization, and process maturity across the access governance program • Collaborate with Internal Audit, Security, IT, and business stakeholders • Integrate and optimize IAM technologies, including SailPoint and related tools • Reduce manual effort and improve control effectiveness • Provide team leadership and training • Support a scalable access review program aligned with regulatory compliance and enterprise risk management objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management, audit, or a related field • 2+ years of experience with working knowledge of identity access management principles and regulatory requirements • 2+ years of experience working as a project manager • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience as an alternative educational pathway • Experience with access management tools such as SailPoint is highly desirable • Professional certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, and/or CRISC is preferred • Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred
