📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients • Install and maintain diagnostic instruments in hospital laboratory environments • Troubleshoot, install, validate, maintain, and repair designated instrumentation • Complete preventive maintenance, field modifications, instrument repairs, and work order/service documentation accurately and on time • Serve assigned customers under minimal supervision • Occasionally travel across Canada to support sites where instrumentation is used

🎯 Requirements

• Technical degree in biomedical, laboratory, electronics, or related field with a minimum of 1 year of experience troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining laboratory equipment at customer sites OR 1 year of mechanical or electrical experience • Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written • Ability to travel to the United States for training • Ability to regularly lift, move, slide, raise, and/or place up to 50 lbs • Ability to stand, walk for prolonged periods, and sit; squat and kneel; ascend and descend stairs; reach with hands and arms • Field Service experience is a plus • Technical service experience for hematology and chemistry instruments is a plus
