📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients while installing and maintaining diagnostic instruments • Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, maintenance and service repair needs • Perform preventative maintenance, field modifications, instrument repairs and work order/service documentation • Support various sites across Canada where instrumentation is used

🎯 Requirements

• Technical degree in biomedical, laboratory, electronics or related field • Minimum of 1 year experience troubleshooting, installing, performing maintenance on laboratory equipment • Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written • Ability to travel to the USA for training • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
