📋 Description

• Drive strategic growth in assigned accounts by identifying and capturing new business • Expand share of wallet and exceed sales targets • Build relationships with key decision-makers and advise customers on data center solutions • Use consultative, value-based selling to solve complex customer challenges • Demonstrate Danfoss solutions' ROI and strategic value • Conduct business reviews with customers and internal leadership • Use data to uncover opportunities and define future growth plans • Serve as central customer contact • Coordinate with engineering, product, and customer service teams to deliver a strong customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience • Background in the data center, liquid cooling, or a related technical field is a significant advantage • Ability to navigate complex or global matrix organizations • Self-discipline and ambition to thrive in a remote work environment • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region • Rare international travel for special events • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field preferred • CRM experience preferred
