📋 Description
• Prepare journal entries related to accounts receivable • Process all accounts receivable payments and record against customer accounts • Prepare weekly DSO calculation to corporate and provide commentary • Contribute to financial reporting requirements ad hoc • Support annual audit process • Assist with collection efforts and invoicing through communication with customers • Billing of accounts
🎯 Requirements
• Must speak French • Minimum 2 years in current role • Good understanding of accounts receivable process • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail • Proficient user of finance software packages; Microsoft Dynamics Business Central an asset • Strong Excel skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
