📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales and field engineering teams to accelerate Databricks platform adoption and growth • Increase technical accountability and guide complex customers toward greater workload usage, platform value, and return on investment • Drive growth in assigned customers and use cases through stakeholder leadership, executive relationships, and orchestration of specialized Databricks teams • Serve as post-sale technical lead across Databricks products • Engage Solutions Architects to understand use-case demand plans • Lead technical account strategy and execution for strategic accounts after the technical win • Own technical leadership for use cases and customers across selling teams and internal stakeholders • Drive onboarding, enablement, success, go-live, and healthy workload consumption • Serve as first contact for production and go-live technical issues or questions • Leverage Shared Services, User Education, Onboarding/Technical Services, Support, and expert technical resources • Create and execute plans to accelerate use cases into production and coordinate Professional Services proposals • Navigate Product and Engineering teams for product innovations, private previews, and upgrades • Develop execution plans covering production use cases, enablement, product adoption, cloud cost control, tuning and optimization, and governance • Provide KPI updates to the Technical GM on usage, customer health, investment status, risks, product adoption, and use-case progression • Report directly to a DSA Manager within Field Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience accountable for technical project/program delivery in Data and AI • Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala • Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting • Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems • Understanding of attributing business value and outcomes to project deliverables • Technical program or project management experience, including account, stakeholder, and resource management accountability • Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives • Experience conducting open-ended discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, conducting business analysis, and managing complex programs/projects • Track record of overachievement against quota, goals, or similar objective targets • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience through work experience • Ability to travel up to 30% when needed
