📋 Description

• Partner with leaders across Sales and Client Management, Product, and Marketing to understand business and program needs and translate them into actionable, scalable operational roadmaps • Build collaborative relationships across designated business units and align with Operations & Organizational Planning and other stakeholders • Promote an operational mindset across designated business units and the enterprise • Drive the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of program operational strategy • Represent and champion program and participant experience functions and constituent voices in organizational planning and strategic forums • Manage complex or high-priority operational issues and initiatives and drive timely resolution • Define, monitor, and report operational trends using data insights to improve transparency and customer experience • Support development and review of training and communication materials • Lead and contribute to cross-functional initiatives focused on operational excellence, program scalability, and user experience enhancements • Conduct business in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical standards; report potential compliance or ethical issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business management or related field • Demonstrated success planning, managing, and scaling functional operational processes • 4+ years of relevant experience in Sales or Insurance organizations • Experience managing complex operations, ideally in a health insurance or comparable environment • Excellent critical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills • Superior interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted advisor and build strong relationships • Demonstrated time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities • Advanced speaking, writing, and active listening skills • Ability to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism • Knowledge of health plan benefits, processes, and operations, ideally in Medical or Dental • Experience in the Massachusetts insurance environment • Strong process mindset and solid problem analysis and resolution skills • Ability to communicate effectively • Ability to operate personal computers and related technologies • Must conduct business in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical standards • Must report potential compliance or ethical issues to the designated Compliance Officer
