📋 Description

• Process life and health insurance claims • Promote occupational health and manage disabilities • Serve as technical expert and provide discipline-specific support for unit activities, initiatives and processes • Research and analyze processes, information management and data processing • Provide technical support for projects and complex operational issues • Carry out specialized technical studies, research and analysis • Serve as a resource person for submitting solutions and action plans, including diagnosis, intervention, treatment, return-to-work and disability monitoring plans • Roll out and maintain software and manual and automated processes • Train users • Prepare technical notes to enhance users’ and teams’ skills and knowledge • Help practitioners follow unit standards and processes and use business solutions, tools and systems

🎯 Requirements

• General college diploma in a related field • A minimum of three years of relevant experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Knowledge of French is required • Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients • Action oriented • Customer Focus • Decision quality • Differences • Nimble learning • Situational adaptability
